Authorizations
Will service providers be able to obtain their own service approval/authorization?
- Yes, once providers are transitioned to APD iConnect, they will receive notifications of new/modified service authorizations when they log in. However, system automation should not replace courtesy calls or other methods of communication, especially when initiation of services or changes to existing services are immediate.
