Are providers expected to come up with an interface on their own if they find that direct entry into APD iConnect isn’t practical?
- We will give you all the technical specs for how to take advantage of this option, but it does require a technical capability to meet them. There is a cost-benefit decision about this, so IT resources may want to meet internally and discuss. It’s a very structured solution to set up a file that will populate in APD iConnect. For some organizations, because of volume of work, it would be better to take advantage of the other option.
