Do providers have to print service logs and documentation for Qlarant reviews?

  • During the first quarter it will probably need to be both, but after everyone has transitioned, you could do it online. Qlarant will have access, so they’ll be able to see things in APD iConnect. There will always be documents not captured in APD iConnect. For example, it can’t hold all training certificates for staff. But in terms of client service-related documents, you won’t have to print if it’s in APD iConnect.
