Can an EVV Manager role see the amount for authorizations?

Yes, the Provider EVV Manager has access to authorizations. Please refer to the description of what each role may access when making the decision about the appropriate role for each staff who will be using APD iConnect/EVV. Please refer to the Multifactor Authentication and APD iConnect Access document. The Portal User Guide is available on the APD Direct user management portal at apddirect.my.idaptive.app.
