Will passwords need to be changed every 45 days or so?

  • Yes. Passwords will expire periodically. The APD Direct user management portal will notify users when their password is about to expire and needs to be changed.
    Also, Mobile Authenticator app users will receive automated notifications on their mobile device when a password is nearing expiration. Please see the “Portal User Guide” found on the APD Direct user management portal here: apddirect.my.idaptive.app
