As agency head, I will be the only one to use APD iConnect. Will I use worker role or service provider role for billing and case notes?
- As the agency owner, you will likely be the Service Provider role. Different people have different roles in APD iConnect based on their job responsibilities. A role determines the activities someone can do in APD iConnect and what types of information they can see.
