If a WSC tried to change/update the address for a consumer in APD iConnect, but the city and ZIP code will not populate, what should they do?

  • The WSC should confirm that the address they are entering is the same as the USPS address. If it is, the WSC should call the APD iConnect Support Desk at 1-800-353-5168 to create a ticket to manually add the information into the system.
