If a WSC tried to change/update the address for a consumer in APD iConnect, but the city and ZIP code will not populate, what should they do?
- The WSC should confirm that the address they are entering is the same as the USPS address. If it is, the WSC should call the APD iConnect Support Desk at 833-400-3420 to create a ticket to manually add the information into the system.
