Will I receive a notification of these "ticklers" via email, phone, etc. or do I need to go into APD iConnect frequently to check any tickler alerts?

  • There is no email functionality within APD iConnect. Providers will need to check their My Dashboard of APD iConnect regularly to see if they have new ticklers, notes, referrals, authorizations, etc.
