System Requirements
Is there going to be an APP or VPN connection?
- No VPN account is required to access APD iConnect. Minimum system requirements are posted on APD's website and are available by going to https://apdcares.org/waiver/iconnect/. However, the WSC will need to maintain access to the iBudget system, which will require VPN access.
