How will providers other than WSCs be brought on to use APD iConnect?

Other providers will be brought on using a phased approach starting with Respite and Personal Supports, since those services are mandated to be part of the Electronic Visit Verification. They will begin using the system in the fall of 2020. Other providers will be phased in during 2021.
