What is the process for calling for support with APD iConnect?

Please direct all questions to the APD iConnect Support Desk at 833-400-3420. We have a process that we must follow for tickets to be assigned to staff. There is a Level 1 Help Desk and they create a ticket. If they cannot answer the question, the ticket then goes to the Level 2 Help Desk. Please be patient as we are working to keep the process as streamlined as possible.
