Authorizations
For large agencies that provide many services, will we be able to print approved service authorizations as a big batch or will this be required to be done by an individual?
- Once providers transition to APD iConnect, they will be able to obtain their authorizations directly in the system. However, until all providers have transitioned, WSCs will still be responsible for providing authorizations to providers who do not have access to APD iConnect. APD is working to ensure that the authorization report can be generated as a batch per provider.
