Will there be a gradual roll-out with billing to make sure APD iConnect can process the amount?

  • Yes, we are doing a gradual transition to APD iConnect, which will afford the ability to assess the claim submission/reimbursement process and correct any issues as quickly as possible. APD staff and WSCs began using APD iConnect in December 2018 and will begin using it for budgets, cost plans, authorizations, SANs, and claims in the summer of 2020. Respite providers will begin using the system with authorizations and billing in August, and Personal Supports providers will be doing the same in October.
