Will support coordinators be able to accomplish all their required tasks without having to use APD iConnect to upload?
- WSCs will be using direct entry for all major functions support plan, progress notes, planned services, cost plan, etc.). There may be a few other elements, such as attaching a prescription, that are not entered directly into APD iConnect.
