Data Integrity
At the time of APD iConnect implementation, will the WSC be responsible for entering consumer information into iConnect?
- APD has migrated consumer data (limited primarily to demographic information) into APD iConnect. As new support plans, cost plans, etc., become due for updating, WSCs will complete these within APD iConnect.
