Can a WSC copy an email from APD and add it in APD iConnect (contact by email)?
- APD iConnect allows you to copy from another source and paste into text fields within a screen. You can also attach documents (such as a .pdf copy of an external email) to a Note within APD iConnect. APD iConnect allows for WSCs (and direct service providers) to communicate with APD regional staff directly in the system, reducing the need for some external emails.
