Will the level of care letters or documents qualifying the consumer for services be in APD iConnect?
- For new consumers, APD will start their record in APD iConnect, which will include eligibility and level of care documentation. However, this information will not be immediately migrated for existing consumers. APD will work with WSCs to develop a plan to upload eligibility and level of care documentation into the system for existing consumers.
