Documentation

Will all logs, notes, quarterlies, and annuals be in same format? Should providers discontinue use of their forms?

  • No, do not discontinue. Certain documents such as service logs, attendance logs, WSC case notes, progress notes, and implementation plans will have the same format. WSCs and providers will be able to enter their documentation/forms required by the iBudget handbook directly in APD iConnect. Providers will be able to continue using some of their current templates and upload these reports to the consumer record. Training will be provided to assist users with knowing when/where data will need to be entered directly into APD iConnect, versus when/where external documents can be uploaded to the record.
