Will the HCBS Waiver Eligibility Worksheet be uploaded?
- The HCBS Waiver Eligibility Work Sheet can be completed directly in APD iConnect. WSCs will complete the worksheet, print it for consumer/legal representative signature, and then upload the signed document to the consumer's record.
