Can we scan documents like Medicaid eligibility and quarterly forms that require signatures into APD iConnect?
- APD iConnect does include the functionality to scan and upload documents that otherwise aren’t available to enter directly in the consumer record. However, documents such as the HCBS Waiver Eligibility Work Sheet will be entered directly in the consumer's record.
