How will data go into APD iConnect for required forms? For example, will WSCs be required to enter the data directly into the form, or can they attach a document and upload it instead of adding the data directly into the form?

  • Documentation required for billing, such as support plans, will have corresponding screens or forms within APD iConnect. WSCs and providers will enter the data directly into those forms. However, in cases of forms that do not have a statewide standardized format, such as annual reports, providers can continue to use their internal company templates to create those documents and upload them to the consumer's record.
