Once APD iConnect is rolled out, will providers be required to keep a hard copy of consumer files and notes?
- Once the provider transitions to APD iConnect, all documentation will be maintained in APD iConnect. However, hard copy records prior to the provider's wave will need to be kept in accord with the record retention operating procedure.
