If the providers can pull up Service Authorization in APD iConnect for yearly billing, how can we as Support Coordinators receive progress notes or service notes from the providers?
- WSCs will be able to access provider documentation as soon as it is entered by the provider. There will be no requirement to send documentation outside of APD iConnect. WSCs and providers will not be able to submit claims until documentation has been entered.
