If editing is necessary for a note, will the initial note remain? If so, would the edited note have to state it’s an edited note and ignore previous versions?
- The database behind APD iConnect records all history of changes to screens, forms, etc. If a Provider Documentation is changed, the original version will be available for review via the history viewer. However, the official version of the documentation will be what is saved after it was edited.
