Will we have to copy and paste if we are using outside systems? Can we upload from outside systems for our quarterly notes?
- If the form or data entry screen for a specific type of documentation is available in APD iConnect (service logs, for example), then using the screen in APD iConnect will be required. Progress notes cannot be handwritten, scanned, and attached to a note. If an external system for documentation is being used, providers will have to copy and paste into the documentation screen in APD iConnect.
