Does the WSC still have to provide service authorizations to the providers?
- Once providers transition to APD iConnect, they will be able to obtain their authorizations directly in the system. However, until all providers have transitioned, WSCs will still be responsible for providing authorizations to providers who do not have access to APD iConnect.
