What do I do as an Agency Supervisor when I can view the consumer's WSC Selection Notice Note but cannot pull up the consumer’s other info in APD iConnect?
- In order to add you as the supervisor to that WSC, follow the directions in “Add a Supervisor WSC” in the eLearning Library. This will permit you to see the consumer’s information.
