What should a WSC do if they cannot see any ticklers on their dashboard for a consumer who is assigned to them?
- A solo provider will need to make sure they are the primary worker (if they work for an agency, the agency head will complete this). If the ticklers still aren’t showing, they should contact the Regional Liaison to assist with reassigning the cases to the appropriate WSC.
