Changing your APD Password
When it is time to update your CyberArk password for iConnect access, a notification like the example shown below will display on your user portal once logged into CyberArk.
Follow these steps to complete the password change:
- Click the word here on the notification.
- The “Change Your Password” screen will appear.
- Enter your current password..
- Create a new password that includes the following:
- At least 8 characters long
- Includes characters from at least 3 of these types
- Upper case (A-Z)
- Lower case (a-z)
- Digits (0-9)
- Special characters (@#$%^&, etc.)
- Enter and confirm your new password, then click OK.
- If the above requirements aren’t met or your passwords don’t match, you'll receive a notification similar to below.
- Re-enter your new password, ensuring that you have included all the elements required, and click OK.
- Once your new password has been successfully updated, you will receive a confirmation email. The email reads as follows:
