Changing your APD Password

When it is time to update your CyberArk password for iConnect access, a notification like the example shown below will display on your user portal once logged into CyberArk.

Follow these steps to complete the password change:

  1. Click the word here on the notification.

  1. The “Change Your Password” screen will appear.

  1. Enter your current password..

  1. Create a new password that includes the following:
    1. At least 8 characters long
    2. Includes characters from at least 3 of these types
      1. Upper case (A-Z)
      2. Lower case (a-z)
      3. Digits (0-9)
      4. Special characters (@#$%^&, etc.)


  1. Enter and confirm your new password, then click OK.


  1. If the above requirements aren’t met or your passwords don’t match, you'll receive a notification similar to below.



  1. Re-enter your new password, ensuring that you have included all the elements required, and click OK.

  1. Once your new password has been successfully updated, you will receive a confirmation email. The email reads as follows:
