The 21st Century Cures Act mandates the adoption of electronic visit verification (EVV) systems for Medicaid covered Personal Care services. EVV systems require providers to electronically verify certain information to confirm that scheduled visits occurs. The Agency for Persons with Disabilities has implemented the use of EVV within the iConnect system.
