How do I create a service desk ticket through CyberArk?
- Sign into the user portal (aka CyberArk) and click on the “APD Service Desk” icon.
- Click on the icon to open the application.
- Click the “New Ticket” button located on the upper right side of the screen to open the new ticket window and fill out the required fields in order to open a new helpdesk ticket.
